Conditions:
1. Return the product within 14 days of the date of purchase;
2. The costs of the return shipment are for the buyer;
3. The purchase price will be fully refunded, provided all parts are undamaged
and complete.
How to apply for a return
Step 1: Send an email to info@schoffelonderdelen.nl containing the following information, or simply use the form below:
[NAME] would like to return [NAME OF PRODUCTS] from order [ORDER NUMBER], due to [REASON OF RETURN]. Don't forget to include your email address and phone number.
After we have received your return application in good order, we will process it and, if approved, we will email you a return packing slip.
Step 2: Attach the return packing slip to the parcel and pack the product securely to reduce the risk of damage.
Frequently asked questions
You can find your order number in the subject line of the confirmation email you received, as well as at the top right of the email itself. The number starts with a # and looks something like this: #1001. Do you have an account on our website? If so, you can also find the number under "Order".
This depends on how quickly we receive the product. After we have received the return, we will refund the relevant amount within 3 business days.
